The AQW280S is an 8-pin SOP PhotoMOS relay designed for general-purpose AC/DC switching with a rated load voltage of 350V peak and continuous load current of 0.1A (0.13A when using only 1 channel). This solid-state relay features high sensitivity with a 5mA input current requirement, low on-resistance of 2.5O maximum, and extremely low off-state leakage current of 1µA maximum, providing stable operation without metallic contact parts. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and offers I/O isolation of 1,500V AC, making it suitable for modem, telephone equipment, security systems, sensors, and amusement applications where reliable, low-cost switching is required.
