AQW280SX is a 2-channel PhotoMOS relay in SOP 8-pin package designed for AC/DC switching applications. It features a rated load voltage of 350V peak AC/DC with a continuous load current of 100mA (0.1A typical, 0.13A maximum when using only one channel). The relay exhibits low on-resistance of 0.85O typical and 2.5O maximum at 5mA input current, with extremely low off-state leakage current of 1µA maximum. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with an I/O isolation voltage of 1,500V AC, providing excellent electrical isolation between input and output circuits. The device is ideal for modem, telephone equipment, security systems, and sensor applications where reliable switching with minimal power consumption is required.
